Who we are
This website is run by Ether-Real Ltd (“Ether-Real”, “we”, “us”), based in London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. If you have any questions about it, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you give it;
- what you tell us about the work you'd like to automate;
- basic technical details sent with the form: the date and time, your approximate country, and your browser type. We use these to deal with spam and abuse.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it and our lawful basis

We do not sell your information, use it for unrelated marketing or make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, processes and stores form submissions, and provides Turnstile, a privacy-focused check that helps tell people apart from bots;
- Google Workspace: our email provider, used to correspond with you.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the records we need for the length of our working relationship and as required by law. After that, the information is deleted.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical signals to protect the enquiry form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
